Lockdown unlocks treasure trove of images from Fife’s past
A treasure trove of images from the past is now available on line.
Since lockdown, the ONFife archives and local studies team have taken on the colossal task of scanning its photographic collections, to establish a digital Fife-wide image archive.

Hide AdAs a result, a huge number of historical images of Fife are now available to the public for free on the website, Flickr.
The archive is sorted by location, with albums titled by towns and villages.
Each album tells the viewer which local library is the best one to access more information about the photographs.
