A Leven man who admitted punching a paramedic has had his sentence deferred until the new year.
Roy McKay, of Aithernie Road, appeared before Sheriff Alistair Thornton at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.
McKay, 39, previously admitted that on April 15, 2020 at Glenwood Road in Leslie he assaulted, obstructed and hindered a paramedic and punched him on the body, contrary to the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005.

Hide AdSheriff Thornton deferred sentence until January 7, 2021 to get a criminal justice social work report and a restriction of liberty assessment.
